Our school affiliation package involves MTCT delivering Premier League programmes around teacher support, subject interventions and social action projects.

PREMIER LEAGUE PRIMARY STARS

In Partnership with the Premier League, we work with schools to deliver a range of programmes that are beneficial to pupils development. We use the power of football and Mansfield Town to engage with pupils in different areas of the curriculum.

PLPS is a national education programme that is linked into the curriculum and delivered by Premier league and Professional football clubs to inspire children to be active and learn.

We support schools with PE teacher support to enable teachers to gain knowledge and understanding of how to deliver PE lessons, which ultimately benefit the pupils learning and development. We also offer interventions are reading, writing and maths to help support pupils who may need extra help with their academic studies.

We are excited to be launching our new social action project this year ‘Blue + Yellow = Green’. This programme will be focused on sustainability and the environment, giving pupils chance to learn about the importance of the environment and what we can do as individuals.

Our programmes include:

- Matchday Maths

- Blue + Yellow = Green (KS2)

We also work with schools to bring lessons to life by organising workshops and experiences at the One Call Stadium, in which they can learn and put into practice the lessons they have taken part in.

COLLAPSED CURRICULUM DAYS

Mansfield Town Community Trust's Collapsed Curriculum Days offers Primary Schools the opportunity to take pupils away from the classroom environment and learn new skills through a dynamic experience.

Designed by our expert team as part of our Premier League Primary Stars project, the days are tailored to suit the needs and requirements of each school, age group and class size and also includes a PHSE workshop, Stadium Tour, and physical education session.

This package is available on a Wednesday only, with the provision beginning at 9:30am and departure at 2:00pm. Find testimonials from previous schools who have visited us!

PENALTY SHOOUTOUT FUNDRAISER

Leading up to the Penalty Shootout, every child has the chance to take part in our free coaching sessions involving a mixture of basic skills and fun games.

The idea of the fundraiser is to gain sponsors, every child who gains a sponsor receives a certificate

The child that scores the most goals in each class will receive a Medal

Everybody who raises £25 - £39.99 will receive a Mansfield Town Football

Everybody who raises £40 and above will receive a set of Tickets (One adult, one child) to watch Mansfield Town at one of their home games of their choosing (subject to availability)

The Child that raises the most money overall from the school will receive a Mansfield Town football shirt, a ball and a set of tickets.

The Schools optional challenge is to try and beat the record fundraising total. The winning fundraising school receives a Frame Autographed Mansfield Town Shirt from us at Mansfield Town Community Trust. We appreciate every penny of all fundraising efforts!

Claiming your voucher

To claim your voucher for a home league game, please follow the link below. Fixtures will be made available as the season progresses. When claiming your voucher, please enter the voucher code issued on the back of the voucher, and make sure you keep hold of the voucher until the day of the game. Please note, once your voucher has been entered onto the BookWhen form, it will not be valid for any other game. Failure to attend chosen game will also make your voucher void.

SCHOOL CLUBS

After-school and lunchtime clubs provide an excellent chance for individuals to enhance their physical abilities while also engaging in social interactions with peers, resulting in a enjoyable experience.

These activities are aimed at any school year group with the following intended

results:

Encourage children to participate in physical activities.
Enhance their skills and abilities.
Create opportunities for them to explore and experience new sports.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

After school clubs are great opportunities for pupils to improve skills, engage with others and have fun. We can provide a range of different activities throughout the school year. Schools can have a maximum of 32 pupils on their after school clubs.

TOURNAMENTS

Mansfield Town Community Trust host a range of tournaments throughout the season and academic year, giving youngsters the opportunity to represent their school and potentially enjoy a wide variety of further opportunities, such as playing at Premier League Stadiums or at Wembley!

We run tournaments in conjunction with the EFL Trust and Premier League, along with other partner organisations.
