His efforts have significantly contributed to increasing female involvement in the game, fostering a more inclusive and diverse football community.
Beyond his work in female participation, Adam plays a key role on Matchdays, ensuring young flag bearers experience unforgettable moments. Adam’s influence extends further as he now supports Higher Education students with their session planning and delivery for Wildcats. By mentoring and guiding aspiring coaches, he is helping shape the next generation of sports leaders, ensuring a lasting legacy of high-quality coaching and inclusive participation.
In addition to his hands-on work, Adam has also helped expand the Trust’s reach by forging a key partnership with Sleetmoor, where we now host our Post-16 CEFA home games.
